Skinny Notepad - 3.5 x 8.5 inches
Large Notepad - 5.5 x 8.5 inches
Square Notepad - 7 x 7 inches
Letter Notepad - 8.5 x 11 inches
Please place your order below by selecting size notepad you would like and enter the names in the notes.
We will print your order exactly as you enter the name in the notes. Please be careful to capitalize (or not) the copy you'd like printed EXACTLY as you'd like for it to appear. If you want the copy placed anywhere other than top center, please indicate such below. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from submission. Need this item sooner? How will Lou & Company know what sorority the recipient pledges on bid day?
Lou & Company is a University of Alabama approved vendor. We receive the master new member sorority list for all students on Bid Day from the university. From there, we fill each package with items matching the recipients sorority.
Where is the gift delivered?
Lou & Company will deliver Bid Day gifts directly to the sorority houses. The University of Alabama does not allow ANY deliveries on Bid Day. Each sorority has designated a specific time and date for Bid Day gift deliveries. The delivery schedule will be posted on our website as soon as Panhellenic releases the schedule. Deliveries begin the day after Bid Day with all packages ordered before Bid Day being delivered before Wednesday August 24th.
How will the recipient know the gift has been delivered?
The sorority house managers will notify new members bid day gifts have been delivered to the sorority house. We will leave the sorority house managers with a list of all gifts and recipient info for them to sign.
Can I pick up my bid day gift on Bid Day?
The Bid Day gifts will not be ready for pick up on Bid Day. Our shop is open on Bid Day 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Come by the shop if you need flowers or a gift on Bid Day for your sorority girl! We have a lot of greek items in the shop that are not in Bid Day gifts
What happens if the recipient does not pledge a sorority?
If the recipient does not pledge a sorority you will receive a refund. We will need to be notified before Bid Day. Once the gifts are delivered to the sorority houses Lou & Company is not allowed back into the houses to retrieve gifts.

What if the recipient receives two of the same item?
If a recipient has multiple Bid Day gifts we will make sure items are not duplicated. We also work with all UA sororities and do not duplicate items in our packages that the sororities give to new members.
When should I place my order?
All packages are filled on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to order as soon as possible! The last day to order a package is August 15th.
